Pay for the bots you watch. Everyone who hears about them comes free.

Plans differ in how many bots they watch, how long they keep run history and what they add.

Team shows how the fleet did, and what it saved.

Reports, for whoever answers for the bots. It covers every run Team keeps, compares each range with the one before, lists what to act on, and adds up the hours and money saved by the runs that succeed, bot by bot. Here it is with a made-up fleet of 10 bots.

Unlimited people, under fair use. A workspace can hold up to 10,000 people, counting invitations not yet accepted, with up to 25 Admins. It can send 5 invites on its first day, then 200 a day on a paid plan or 20 a day without one. Admins and a bot’s owners get every alert email; everyone else gets up to 2,000 alert emails a day between them (UTC), and alerts always show in the dashboard and on Slack.

What happens, and when

Every date a plan change sets, so nothing about your bills or your bots comes as a surprise.

Trying Team

  1. Day 1

An Admin starts the trial in the dashboard. Team’s limits and features switch on at once, with no card to enter.

  2. While it runs

Subscribe whenever you like: your first charge waits for the day the trial would have ended. With less than 49 hours of the trial left, you’re charged straight away instead.

  3. 3 days before it ends

Every Admin gets one email saying when the trial ends and what will change.

  4. After 14 days

Without a subscription, the workspace goes back to Free on its own, and everything under “Moving to a smaller plan” applies.

Each workspace can try Team once, before it has ever paid.

Moving to a smaller plan

  1. The day it changes

Features the new plan doesn’t include pause, and their settings stay: your Slack channels and each bot’s time and cost saved. Move back up and they carry on. Screenshots already taken stay downloadable until they expire, 30 days after they were taken.

  2. For 14 days

Every bot keeps alerting, even over the new plan’s bot limit, and run history older than the new plan keeps is still there.

  3. 14 days later

That older history is deleted for good. Over the bot limit, only the bots an Admin picks, or otherwise the longest-standing, keep alerting up to the limit; the rest still record their runs but go quiet. Bots, owners, tags, schedules and alert settings all stay.

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Paying

Who takes the payment
Link, Stripe’s reseller service, bills paid plans monthly in advance. It sends your receipts and invoices, handles any VAT, and may charge in your local currency.
Cancelling
From the billing portal in the dashboard, at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free.
If a payment fails
Paid features keep working while Stripe retries. If it still hasn’t gone through when Stripe stops, the workspace moves to Free.
Refunds
Fees already paid aren’t refunded, apart from the exceptions in our terms.

Start free. Move up when your fleet does.

No card and no sales call. Connect your first bot in about ten minutes.
